This class is a great place to start for beginners with no experience. Inspired by traditional yoga, you'll utilize a soft fabric sling that supports the body to explore various asanas (poses). In the process you'll gain strength and flexibility. 45 minutes.

This class will explore the foundations of working with the aerial hammock also referred to as Sling.

More complex transitions and challenging sequences will be explored in level 2. Unique mounts and drops will keep your experience and skills interesting.

Core Aerial utilizes the aerial hammocks purely as a fitness device to build upper body and much needed core strength. 45 Minutes.

Dance Hammock $18 per classPlans available from $70No purchase required to enroll

Dance hammock utilizes the aerial sling, a soft fabric loop that is about waist height. You will learn a fun, dance combination, using the hammock as a prop, in addition to ground movements. Simple wraps, poses and transitions may also be incorporated. Having some experience on the hammock is helpful, although not required. You should be comfortable lifting your leg to hip height. You may experience inversions in this class. 45 Minutes.
