Walk In Classes

Welcome to our Walk In Class options. Due to limited space, we always recommend that you make a reservation in advance. Simply create your account and enroll.
Those who have reserved their space in class will have priority over those who are walking in. Walk In pricing is generally between $10 - $12 per class, but you can save $ buy purchasing our Flow Arts and Fitness Plan. Just $60 for our 6 week session of classes allows you to attend a variety of classes. Bonus! If you are enrolled into an aerial/pole session course, open practices are also included.

Take this time to practice what you have learned in class, stretch, condition, and create!

Use this time in Studio A to practice any ground acrobatics, juggling, hula hooping, poi, etc.
No aerial apparatuses will be in use at this time. 60 Minutes. No instructor.

Hula Hooping is great way to stay fit and have fun. Join Cathy and learn tricks that are sure to create unique rotations and challenging transitions. 45 Minutes.

This class is formatted for adults who want to learn the basics of acrobatics. If you've ever wanted to a handstand, bridge, cartwheel/round-off or somersault this class will help you nail it! Expect stretching and strengthening conditioning exercises along with proper technique and positioning. 45 Minutes.

Object manipulation; Juggling & More $12 per classFrom $10 per visit with 10 Class Pass passNo purchase required to enroll

Mastering object manipulation takes technique, coordination and most of all, practice. Come learn spinning plates, juggling (scarves, rings, balls and clubs), diablo, devil sticks and more! Teens and Adults welcome. 45 Minutes.

Dance hammock with utilize the aerial sling, a soft fabric loop that is about waist height. You will learn a fun, dance combination, using the hammock as a prop, in addition to ground movements. Simple wraps, poses and transitions may also be incorporated. Having some experience on the hammock is helpful, although not required. You should be comfortable lifting your leg to hip height. You may experience inversions in this class. 45 Minutes.

Cabaret is bellydance class devoted to the art of using props. Each class you'll learn a fun combination using different props such as isis wings, canes, veils, silk fans and other props used for balancing. Props rotate every week. Get ready to have a lot of fun! No experience needed. 45 Minutes.

Stretching for flexibility is class designed to help you gradually and gently become more flexible. Whether you are looking to get a little deeper into a split or stronger to hold a backbend, this class be an asset to your efforts. In addition, with consistent attendance you can expect to see an overall improvement in any aerial or ground activities you pursue. 45 Minutes.
