with low impact. This class can be treated as an aerial conditioning
class, or just a great way to get in shape! (you do not need to have
dance experience to take this class).

Stretching for flexibility is class designed to help you gradually and gently become more flexible. Whether you are looking to get a little deeper into a split or stronger to hold a backbend, this class be an asset to your efforts. In addition, with consistent attendance you can expect to see an overall improvement in any aerial or ground activities you pursue. 45 Minutes.

This class is formatted for adults who want to learn the basics of acrobatics. If you've ever wanted to a handstand, bridge, cartwheel/round-off or somersault this class will help you nail it! Expect stretching and strengthening conditioning exercises along with proper technique and positioning. 45 Minutes.

Hula Hooping is great way to stay fit and have fun. In this class we will be going over the basics of hula hoop dancing and tricking. The class is only 45 minutes and will be using only hula hoops, no apparatuses. There is a score card provided at the front desk, similar to the apparatus classes, to help keep track of the tricks you have learned, mastered and of course, for reference. Some tricks include hand hooping and tossing, on body hooping, the vortex, escalators, isolations (1 and 2 handed) and more! We are looking forward to hooping with you!

vinyasa style yoga class. We will work on strength, flexibility, and
connecting our breath to movement. Each class will start with a short
meditation and end with some basic inversion play. Mats and props are

Trampoline fitness classes are known to benefit your entire body, with a
