Introductory Pass (3 Class Package) $40 • 3 visits • This pass is valid for our Introduction to Pole Workshop, Introduction to Aerial Workshop or any Level 1 Class for the following apparatuses; Pole, Hammock, Hoop, Trapeze or Silks. Pass valid for 3 months from date of purchase. NOT VALID for any Tween classes.

Bored of your typical workout routine? It's time to mix it up! Trampoline fitness classes are known to benefit your entire body, with a particular benefit on your lower body muscles. This 45 minute class will include plyometric, cardio, and strength building exercises. Get your stamina up & protect your joints with low impact jumping!
