This class will help build muscle strength, endurance, agility and control, which is all needed on any aerial apparatus. After taking Cirque Fit, you’ll be flying better in no time. All fitness levels welcome. Suggested attire: T-shirt, tank top, shorts, yoga pants, bare feet. 45 minutes.
